Francine, also known as Frankie to some, has been a groomer for over 14 years. She has experience with all breeds and trims. She has a special place in her heart for senior pets and takes extra care of a lot of special needs pets. She has a blind, 13 year old Yorkie named Nala of her own, so she understands the needs of senior pets. Francine is a local to Smithsburg and enjoys raising her growing family when she’s not washing and trimming the pups. She can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies!

Do you accept walk-ins?
No, we are appointment-only. Please fill out the new customer intake form and request an appointment. We will respond by the next business day.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to the base price of your scheduled service.
What happens if I am late to my appointment?
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may incur a late fee or a no-show fee and may need to reschedule your appointment.
Do I need to prepare my pet before the appointment?
Yes! Please make sure your pet has gone potty or has been walked before their groom. This helps keep them comfortable during their visit.
Should my pet be on a leash?
Yes, all pets must be on a leash at all times. We are located on a busy road, and other dogs and people will be coming in and out of the building. Keeping your pet leashed ensures their safety and the safety of others.
